The COB Headlamp is a great combination of efficiency and value for money. COB stands for ‘Chips on Board’ which is the LED that is used in this headlamp, one of the most efficient light sources available. Targeted at the budget conscious but it produces over 150 Lumen and uses less battery energy than other LEDs for the same amount of light produced. Powered by 3 x AAA batteries its design can flood up to 18 metres for four and a half hours. The switch also has a 50% light option which will reduce the brightness of the light significantly extending the life of
your batteries. The head unit is compact and comes in a choice of three colours, Red, Blue and Green and can be tilted by 50 degrees to get the light where you need it. An extra long head strap enables the lamp to be worn not only on your head but also over other items like beanies and hardhats, without over stretching the elastic or having it feel tight on your head.
